What we collect

• What you send us: your name, message and the service you ask about.
• For an application: the documents it needs, such as passport details and photos.
• Anonymous visit counts (no cookies, nothing that identifies you).

Why

To reply to you and to prepare and submit your application to the right authority. Nothing else. We never sell your data.

Who sees it

Our team, the official authority your application goes to, and WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our messages.

How long we keep it

Only as long as your request needs, plus any period the law requires. Typically [retention period, e.g. 12 months].

Your rights
